With over 15 years of experience I specialize in creating and scaling design systems, building teams, evangelizing and empowering organizations, vision and design strategy. I love finding solutions to complex problems and turning them into simple, easy-to-use products that delight users.

I am in charge of defining strategies to optimize available resources and facilitate interrelationships with other teams to find the right balance in product development.
I motivate my team by guiding, training, supporting and challenging them until they are able to take on projects on their own, but always accompanying them at all times.
I set growth goals for team members to see their own progress.
When there are failures I try to help them to be able to identify them in order to learn from them, instead of making them feel guilty.
I am a strong believer that providing my team with a broad view of projects rather than a partial view makes a difference in decision making and project execution.
